INSIGHTS DISCOVERY FOR TEAMS
Insights Discovery is a simple four-colour model that helps to understand ourselves and others, and why people act the way they do. It also provides a shared language which helps teams to communicate more effectively and navigate conflict.
Teams will define where their development areas are, learn how to adapt to interact more effectively, reflect on the power of perception and be able to recognise and appreciate their similarities and differences.
This team session starts with an introduction to the Insights Discovery model and each team member will receive their own personal profile.
Workshops are interactive, with visual prompts that let learners really connect with the content.
You can choose from a full-day session (virtual or in-person) or two virtual sessions, each spanning 2.5-hours.
Depending on budget, teams can also opt for a further team coaching session if desired.
